From start to finish, we build your desks and chairs in our state-of-the-art factory in Dallas, Texas. Made by American Leather manufacturing, we produce all of our office furniture using the highest standards in modern technology mixed with superior upholstery techniques.

I can’t wait to give my home office a make-over. How long will it take to make my furniture?

With our speed and efficiency, your desk or office chair is ready to ship in as little as 30 days. This is the amount of time it will take to produce your custom furniture and does not include shipping and delivery.

Please note that during this busy time, fabric and leather suppliers may face unforeseen circumstances arising that could have an impact on our estimated timelines. If the fabric or leather you chose is back-ordered, we will notify you via email.

Construction & Materials

How are your frames made?

Each frame is handcrafted with precision using an engineered 7-ply wood framing or solid kiln-dried alder wood framing. Our frames are joined with corner blocks, industrial staples, low-VOC glues, and we consciously work to reduce waste and recycle materials whenever possible. Frame construction is specific to each style and design.

Size tolerance: Our manufacturing process allows for a 1 inch margin when measuring your furniture during inspection. *We recommend allowing for a 2 inch margin when ordering furniture to fit a tight space or inset wall.

I don’t do well with hammers. Is your furniture shipped fully assembled?

Assembly will vary by product. The Classic and Craftsman desk styles are shipped with legs on and are ready to go out of the box. The Glam, Mod, and Bungalow styles will require a quick leg assembly.

As far as chairs are concerned, all styles come fully assembled and are ready to sweep you off your feet─ literally!

In-home, White Glove Service is available for─ $149. With this shipping option, a delivery team will carry your order into your home, unwrap, and place your new furniture in the room of your choice. If assembly is required, the delivery team will assemble your piece for you. They will also clean up any packaging and haul away the debris when they are finished.

Will the fabric on my furniture look exactly as it does online?

Slight color shade or textural variations may occur as part of the beauty and character of individual fabrics.

Due to leather’s natural characteristic, grain and color may vary with use and stretch.

We recommend that you protect your furniture from sun and direct light. Like any upholstery material, fabrics can fade if exposed to the sun.

How do I know what type of fabric is best for my home?

We've made sure our fabrics, like you, are certified workhorses—verified for cleanability and durability! Rest assured that these textiles will perform in any setting. It's twice as nice that we can offer you a wide range of patterns... because, really, doesn't fashion come first?

If your lifestyle requires something more heavy-duty, don’t fret. We have partnered with Sunbrella, the best in stain-resistance, fade-resistance, and hardcore stuff that you need on a desk.

What type of leathers do you use?

Every custom desk or desk chair we make is available in ultimate top-quality, top-grain leather. Our magnificent hides are carefully selected from the top 10% worldwide. No fakes, no duds. Find the color you love with the performance you desire. Our Mont Blanc leather will patina over time, aging, and evolving through use. Our rich-looking Bison leather stands up to the test of time with a protected top layer, ensuring that the look does not change no matter how many hours you put in.

Shipping & Delivery

What type of delivery services do you provide?

We are thrilled that we can deliver your products with top-notch quality and speed. We provide Doorstep / Curbside delivery for a flat rate of $99 on any order that contains furniture. In-home, White Glove Service is available for $149. With this shipping option, a delivery team will carry your order into your home, unwrap, and place your new furniture in the room of your choice. They will also clean up any packaging and haul away the debris when they are finished.

Please note that the shipping industry is experiencing a record high volume of shipments at this time. Due to lower capacity with our shipping partners and a back log of shipments with the local delivery companies during this busy time, there may be unforeseen circumstances arising that can have an impact on our estimated timelines.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Your desk or office chair is typically delivered in about 7-15 business days after leaving our manufacturing facility. We provide an estimated delivery window for your order (located on your order confirmation or updated order details), this is an estimated window that we aim for, but not guaranteed. If you live in a highly remote area, your delivery may take a little longer to be scheduled due to specific days or routes that will be scheduled for your area. 

Shipping Update:  Please note that the shipping Industry is experiencing a record high volume of shipments at this time. Due to lower capacity with our shipping partners and a back log of shipments with local delivery companies during this busy time, there may be unforeseen circumstances arising that could have an impact on our estimated timelines. 

Will the delivery company contact me to schedule an appointment?

When your new furniture is ready for delivery, our team will contact you to let you know expected arrival. Deliveries may be scheduled Monday through Friday, 9am–5pm local time. You may select from two windows: 9am–1pm or 1pm–5pm. Please let our team know if you would prefer your order to require a signature. Please note: Label 180 as well as our shipping partners are not liable for unattended deliveries which may result in damage or theft.

Smaller items, like desk accessories, are often sent via courier service (FEDEX or UPS). These deliveries are not scheduled in advance; however, we will provide tracking information, so you know when to expect your order.

Can I reschedule my delivery?

If you know that you are unable to be present at the time of the agreed upon time of delivery, contact Label 180 within 48-hours and we will reschedule. If you are not present at the agreed upon delivery window, you will be charged a fee of $100.

For smaller items sent via courier; if you are not home at the time of delivery, the courier service will either leave your order at your doorstep or attempt delivery the following business day.

Can I expedite shipping?

Unfortunately, at this time, we cannot expedite shipping.

What if my furniture does not fit into my home or building?

We recommend measuring your space prior to ordering your custom furniture, since we are hand-making this product exclusively for you. It is important to check that your piece will fit through any doorways, hallways, tight turns and/or elevators it will have to pass to get to its desired space. Custom orders cannot be returned for fit issues so please reach out to our customer service team and they'll be happy to help!

*Do you ship outside of the contiguous United States?

Yes! We are able to coordinate shipping to Hawaii and Alaska. Additional shipping and brokerage fees will apply. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a White Glove delivery option outside of the contiguous US and all deliveries will be a curbside delivery service level.

Please email us to inquire about the additional shipping costs to your area. We will provide a shipping quote that will be added to your order and this will be based on the order details (size and weight). Shipping quotes will be valid for 30 days. 

What do I do if my furniture is damaged during shipping?

If, for some reason your furniture pieces arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items, please contact our customer service team immediately at 1-888-388-5785 or email us at support@label180.com so that we may quickly resolve this for you.

Please note that our warranties cover any defects in fabrics or leathers for 1 year (with normal wear and tear), mechanisms, such as on desk chairs, for 5-years and a lifetime warranty on the frames.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

All Label 180’s custom desks and office chairs are custom built for you by the finest furniture makers in the country with the highest quality materials available. Due to this personalization and custom design made just for you, furniture orders may not be returned or exchanged unless under extenuating circumstances.

If, for some reason your furniture pieces arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items, please contact our customer service team immediately at 1-888-388-5785 or email us at support@label180.com so that we may quickly resolve this for you.

Please note that our warranties cover any defects in fabrics or leathers for 1 year (with normal wear and tear), mechanisms, such as on desk chairs, for 5-years and a lifetime warranty on the frames. 

Order Modification & Cancellation

Can I modify my order once it has been placed?

We allow for modifications to be made within 48 hours of your order being placed without fees or penalties. The manufacturing process starts pretty quickly, so please make sure to email us to finalize any changes within this time or you may place your order on hold if you need more time to review.

Modifications requested after 48 hours of order being placed are subject to a 10% order-modification fee.

What is Label 180’s Cancellation Policy?

Label 180 allows cancellations within 48 hours of your order being placed.  Due to the manufacturing process of this custom order, we ask that you make sure to request a cancellation (or modification) to your order within this time frame.  Any cancellation request outside of the 48 hours will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.

Please note that our warranties cover any defects in fabrics or leathers for 1 year (with normal wear and tear), mechanisms, such as on desk chairs, for 5-years and a lifetime warranty on the frames.

Care & Maintenance

What is the general maintenance for my furniture?

We all want easy maintenance when it comes to our furniture- so here are a few tips on keeping your desk or chair looking its very best:

Vacuum your furniture monthly to remove dirt, dust and pet hair–this will keep your fabric fresh and from wearing faster. Under normal usage and conditions, regular dry-cloth dusting and vacuum cleaning in crevices and along the bottom are all that is necessary to clean your furniture.

All of the fabrics in our assortment are an S or WS cleaning code which means:

S–  An S code stands for solvent clean, or dry clean only.

WS– Denotes that your piece of upholstered furniture can be cleaned by either dry solvent or wet methods. 

DO NOT USE: saddle soap, furniture polish, oils, varnish, abrasive cleaners, detergent soaps or ammonia water.

Always try any cleaning method in a hidden area first to verify the results. The manufacturer is not responsible for damage incurred while cleaning.

How do I care for leather?

We recommend dusting and vacuuming your leather piece(s) monthly. Immediately wipe and blot any excess spills with a clean dry cloth if necessary, you may use a lightly moistened soft cloth with distilled water to wipe off your furniture and then let it air dry. 

For minor or slight scratches on the surface, use a soft cloth or clean fingers to gently buff the scratch. If needed, moisten lightly with distilled water to work scratches out.

Customization

What elements of my furniture can I customize?

For our custom desks you get to select the style, configuration, size, fabric or leather and leg color if applicable. In addition to personalizing your custom desk, we offer the most comfortable, customizable desk chair. You get to choose the style and fabric or leather, and for some chairs you can also choose the size. All of our furniture is made to order specially for you based on these selections.

Do you offer Financing?
